About the nursery
Three generations in the making
Donald Rugg arrived in the New Hampshire seacoast in 1946 with an idea to create a landscaping business and nursery. The landscaping blossomed but the nursery was out of reach. Today his grandson Derek is realizing Donald’s dream from so long ago with the opening of a sister company, Rock Crest Nursery. What started as an idea 3 generations ago has now become a reality.
